A member asked:

Can scoliosis cause i leg to be shorter then the other?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: If the scoliosis is related to the pelvis being "crooked" one leg may feel shorter. The leg itself is not shorter but one leg at be higher than the other. Most people with this problem require a lift or filler in the short side to avoid back pain and help with walking.
