Varies.: mild scoliosis in and of itself usually does not need treatment in and of itself. The relationship between leg lengths and scoliosis verses. A leg length discrepancy can cause a mild scoliosis. scoliosis does not cause one leg to be longer than itself; but because it can be associated with an obliquity of the pelvis, it can make one leg appear to be longer. consider being seen if concerned.
