Evaluation: Please consult a physician to provide more information for diagnosis and treatment. It could be URI, fluid in middle ear, sinusitis to mention some possibilities.

Allergies: Dizziness and your other symptoms could occur with allergies, ear infections or other inner year issues, or less likely sinus problems. I might try some allergy meds like Flonase or something similar and possibly a Claritin type medication for 5 to 7 days and if no better see a medical provider. If you are running fevers or other new symptoms occur, you may need to see a medical provider sooner
