Dizziness: May have sinusitis /allergies with all that congestion. Would elevate head of bed try benadryl ( if not allergic) before bed for a week and Zyrtec in AM , Also check for gastritis /reflux that may complicate sinusitis. May also be benign positional vertigo ( can be due to lyme /herpes- so check) meclizine will help but for lyme need antibiotics f/u/ w/ doc

Positional vertigo: may be due to fluid or mucous in your inner ear. I suggest consulting an ENT specialist and use a good antihistamine like Zyrtec or Benadrly.
