so i had this lump that appeared on my throat outta nowhere been 4 months n it'still here also woke up with a lump on my back of ear it hurts when touched i been feeling real dizzy like im outta body every 5 seconds and my nose started pouring blood?

Doctor can evaluate: A person who feels dizzy, whether it is a lightheadedness where the room looks dimmed, or it is a situation where the room is spinning, should be evaluated by his primary care doctor to see what is going on. His doctor may refer to an ENT doctor if an inner ear problem is suspected. His doctor can check the ears, and the nose for any trauma (assuming it has stopped bleeding), etc...

Swelling in neck: Swelling in neck may be a swollen lymph gland. It would not likely cause dizziness. The dizziness can certainly be caused by your allergies.
