Doctor can evaluate: A person who feels dizzy, whether it is a lightheadedness where the room looks dimmed, or it is a situation where the room is spinning, should be evaluated by his primary care doctor to see what is going on. His doctor may refer to an ENT doctor if an inner ear problem is suspected. His doctor can check the ears, and the nose for any trauma (assuming it has stopped bleeding), etc...
