See orthopedist : Your symptoms suggest disc pathology in your lower back. A disc 'protruding' out of its normal encasement can cause low back pain.More 'protrusion' can press on nearby nerves exiting the spinal cord or cauda equine and result in leg pain and numbness. See an ORS who specializes in spine. Best of luck!
