You need to be seen: The symptoms you describe can be due to a number of things...inflammation of lung lining (pleurisy), collapsed lung, fluid in lung (pleural effusion), acid reflux, dyspepsia/heartburn or even something unusual called Precordial Catch Syndrome. Likely none of them are life-threatening, but you need to visit a doctor for an exam, possibly a chest x-ray/other tests. Go now. Stay well:)
