MRI: MRI must be interpreted in the context of your symptoms. A small bone island may have been a sequestrum from an old infection in your spine. Lateral recess narrowing from facet arthropathy is a fancy way of saying wear and tear has started to block an area that is a thorofare for your nerves to exit your spine. If you have radiculopathy radiating pain this could be the cause. No symptoms, "normal"
