A few months now, areas in back/sides of rib cage hurt, thought it was soft mattress. now more areas hurt, and one place next to spine hurts to touch. ?

2 lumps. One either side of spine. Height is bottom of rib cage (on my back) Not painful. Pretty solid, do not move. Around the size of a large pea.
