Probably not: Hi Probably it's not cancer. With tobacco products, the bigger risk for oral cancers are with chewing tobacco. Even in heavy users, it's very rare to see cancers in your age group. The first think you could check is to see if it scraps off easily with a soft toothbrush. If it does, it was just some dead "skin". Could also be a little fungal infection, which is easily treated.
