What are chances of getting mouth cancer for someone who does not smoke and drink?

Very low.: You have a very low chance of getting mouth cancer, certainly lower than that of those who smoke, but that does not mean that it's impossible. If you are concerned that you might have mouth cancer then you should visit an oral surgeon and they can tell you for sure.

Minimal: Historically alcohol and tobacco are the leading causes of oral cancer. However, a few strains of hpv, a common virus, can cause oral cancer as well and are becoming much more prevalent. Your dentist should evaulate you yearly for oral cancer. Caught in the earliest stages, oral cancer can be treated quickly and easily.
