Yes & no: A bloody razor could in theory pass a germ like HIV into a cut if it was fresh. However, the HIV virus is very sensitive to drying & exposure and inactivates quickly on objects. A hardy virus like hepatitis B could easily pass that way. I don't think your chickenpox would, since it incubates for 10-21 days before emerging.

Doubtful : Based on what you describe HIV would be extremely rare and you are not describing HIV symptoms. With that said if the razor had a significant amount of fresh blood and had come from someone with active HIV or even hepatitis there is a small chance a disease could be spread particularly if your cut was deep and bled quite a bit I would have a doctor draw blood tests. I believer u r fine though
