Well: If you do not want to change you have a problem. No one can help you if you feel you do not want to make any changes. Not a lot can be done. Just realize you are crippling and limiting yourself. So re think your thoughts and get some help

Social phobia: and depression. The only way to deal w/these issues is to take a look at the fear that keeps you blocked from changing. A clinical psychologist can help. He/she MAY do some psychological testing to gather valuable information on your behalf. You can do it. Peace and good health.
