SAD, PD, MDD: This is something that you should discuss individually with your psychiatrist of course, but in general i would recommend an ssri, cognitive therapy, but if the depression itself did not lift then augmentation with abilify (aripiprazole). Make sure that you exercise, and eat a balanced diet, look into yoga, toastmasters, acupuncture, meditation, relaxation exercises, including diaphragmatic breathing. Best wishes.
