Avoid any fat folds: For your height, you should not weigh more than 110-115 pounds. If you gain more weight during teen years, it becomes hard to lose. Eat healthy(avoid sugars, cheese and fried foods which is what you get at fast food restaurants. Plant based foods and fruits are healthy to eat. Supplement them with ample amount of proteins from eggs, fish, nuts and low fat milk.
