Normal BMI: The ratio of your weight to height is normal, . I think that if you eat a balanced diet, avoid saturated fat, soda, candy and junk food along with exercising each day, you will not need to make further changes to your usual regimen. Your doctor can show you your growth curve, but based on the this information, your body mass index is normal.

Don't worry about: losing weight! You are normal for your height and weight. Focus on eating a healthy diet and exercise. Your body needs nutrition to grow.
