No: If you have stayed away from smoking and drinking for four days, keep it up and do not do either. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Not wise: Both drinking and especially smoking will interfere with the healing process. For best results you should avoid both for 2 weeks. You know all the risks of both, the main one being a usually slow and painful death. You've held off 52 hours already (bravo), why not try for another 52. Go for it.

Well,: avoid smoking as it may cause you to bleed. A MODEST amount of alcohol is OK.
