No: Amoxicillin is an antibiotic, not a narcotic. There would be no reason to test for amoxicillin.

Drug screening: does not routinely include antibiotics. It would be good to have the doctor who prescribed the meds give you a statement verifying what was prescribed, when and for what diagnosis. Take a copy od this with you for the screening. This will let the potential new employer know that you are totally up front and open about your activities.
