Low carbohydrate: Eating too much sugar and starch is the main problem with pcos. So start with eating right - try to keep to no more than 100 grams of carbs per day and eat plenty of healthy fats, protein, and lots of fresh vegetables. There is one prescription medication that could be very helpful - metformin. It would help your body's metabolism and would be for temporary use.
