However, do not always do the same exercise or you will increase your risks for stress injuries. Mix things up with running, biking, swimming, or circuit training. Ultimately you need to burn more than you consume.

Meds/Food/Thyroid...: Healthy eating, with an emphasis on non processed foods, and primarily vegetables, fruits and lean meats can help. Also, look at your exercise level and make sure that you are truly reaching your aerobic and anaerobic goals. Medications, such as Metformin, may help. Thyroid function can be off, even if your TSH is normal. Consider seeing an Internist or functional medicine doctor who can help.
