In general: In general, you should limit intake of processed foods like canned foods, artificial sweeteners, candies, chips, fried foods. Eat more fresh vegetables and fruit. Lean proteins are preferred. If you are vegetarian, soy based protein and beans are best. Start counting calories to get a better idea of what your body needs. Avoid fad diets, make a habit and lifestyle change instead.
