Are exertion headaches serious? i've had ct scan a year ago and it was fine. but i'm always afraid of strong movements now, thinking i'm doing damage.

Plan: With normal CT scan of the head you should behave yourself as a healthy person. Everybody should avoid the head injury, but otherwise normal movements can not cause the brain damage.
