Headache: prompting a work up with CT scan 2 years ago that has returned again after a period of time is not likely due to a brain tumor in anyone yet alone a 25 year old. I would however do a scan if you were planning to have a spinal tap done to check for raised intracranial pressure due to pseudotumor cerebri. (Not uncommon in a 25 year old female) Check your iron, Vitamin A level and see a neurologist
