See below: The vertigo may be unrelated to your chronic headaches. Given normal MRI and CT most common diagnosis for chronic daily headaches is tension HA or medication overuse HA. In addition to medication, cognitive behavioral therapy, biofeedback, relaxation therapy have been found to be helpful in some cases. Discuss HA's with headache specialist.
