Is there an orthopedic surgeon in existence that could make my feet smaller without losing the ability to walk my shoe size is 16 6e and would like a thinner foot so that it doesn't cause a long term financial strain?

Much cheaper,: and healthier, is to keep your feet as they are, unless there is a problem standing / walking /running, and as far as I know there is no such surgeon

Not recommended.: I'm sure that there is a surgeon somewhere on this planet that would agree to reconstruct your feet. You might not lose the the ability to walk but I feel certain that your life would change for the worse.

You're fine buddy: Connor, thanks for asking. Forty years in medicine has taught me that trying to modify what Mother Nature gave you is only helpful if it's an obvious deformity or disfigurement. The cost of surgery and the likelihood of complications is far greater than the cost of shoes. People who like you like the fact that you have big feet. Ian Thorpe's flippers are size 17. Enjoy your body as it is, friend.

Likely Not: To just reduce your foot size a surgery to shrink your foot would be ill advised. Now if you have a bunion deformity or tailors bunion that is making your forefoot too wide that could be corrected with surgery but only if you have pain or inability to wear shoes due to the deformity.
