Flouride not toxic: Application of Flouride at a dentist office is generally supposed to stay on the teeth. If some is swallowed the Flouride may upset your stomach since it messes with the pH and may cause nausea.

Fluoride: Occurs naturally in water supply in a Rocky Mountain area. Most forward-looking municipalities fluoridate their water supplies. Swallowing a little bit at the Dentist's office will not harm you.
