Llq pain 1+ yr, clear abdom ct, ultrasound, colonoscopy, and bloodwork. suspect endometriosis, but pain worse before can make appt... should go to er?

Need laparoscopy?: It sounds like you may need a laparoscopy to make a diagnosis. If there is endometriosis, it can be treated surgically. Going to the ER probably won't speed up the process. You need to see your GYN to discuss a plan.
