Depends: Usually endometriotic implants are too small to be seen by cat scan, MRI or ultrasound. Large lesions such as endometriomas can be seen easily though in the ovaries by any of these evaluation methods. In the bowel, large endometriosis lesions can be seen probably easily by any of the methods.
