Possibly: Hemorrhoids can flare up intermittent especially if you are constipated. Consider increasing your fluids, add fiber, add a stool softener like colace (docusate sodium) , or use Mira-lax to maintain softer stools. Get evaluated as well. The assumption is hemorrhoids, but rectal bleeding can have more ominous causes as well.
