See GYN: If you have had so much problem especially with extreme amount of bleeding after sex, you need to consult your GYN doctor. In post-menopausal women not on HRT, the vaginal area may get too dry and lubricant prior to sex may help. However it is best to get checked out to make sure that there is nothing more serious.
