Hello. : Hello. Recommend that this be evaluated. If the bleeding is vaginal in a woman who has had a hysterectomy, this is a menstrual change which needs to be assessed. If the bleeding is from your anus, that is some form of gastrointenstinal bleeding and also needs to be evaluated. When there is severe abdominal pain, it should evaluated post haste. Take care.
