Probably yes but why: I do not believe there is any scientific support for or against what you are requesting to do with NuvaRing. I can not think of any reason why NuvaRing would not continue to protect you and reduce your risks of getting pregnant. "Leaving it in for 24 days" may even (possibly ) increase your protection..
