I have been feeling achy, tired, runny nose, and sore throat. this morning when i woke up i have a swollen bump on the bottom of my chin. it does not hurt so i was wondering if it could possible be swollen from being sick or just a pimple. sick ?

Hard to guess: Throat pain can be from a strep throat infection (antibiotics are needed), a cold or influenza (antibiotics usually not used), or from some other cause such as allergies or irritants. Usually, a person sees the doctor if the sore throat is bothersome, recurrent, or doesn't go away quickly (mainly to check for strep). Throat infections can cause lymph glands to swell but don't cause acne pimples.
