Going through cbt for anxiety, getting better and definitely less frightened. however, i still get spells of symptoms. will those go away with time?

CBT progress: Congrats on your progress. As we learn to manage anxiety or anything else, even just a whiff of the noxious feeling can be stressful. This can be a sign of progress. We ALL get anxious at times. It's only when it interferes w/our functioning or comfort level that we need treatment. Stick w/your therapist. Peace and good health.
