Zoloft / sertraline: Six weeks of taking Zoloft (sertraline) will usually give you a good idea of how you are going to respond to that dose. Please give your medical provider input about the medication as you may need a higher dose. We usually stair-step the dose of this medication upwards using your input about effectiveness and possible side effects as our guide. Take care.
