Whenever I eat products with gluten I get a really sore throat and really blocked nose. I end up feeling a bit like I have a hangover. And look really pale. Is this just gluten sensitivity? Any treatment other than avoidance?
After I eat and even when I just drink a bit of water, I get what feels like a suppressed hiccup or burp feeling in my throat (Ive never been able to burp). I also feel constant lump in throat/gagging feeling often. All this then causes nausea?
