No, a burp air that is trapped. Nausea is feeling sick to your stomach. Does not have to be related to a burp. Not sure why you have this often it is due to eating too rapidly and swallowing air that has to be released.

This sounds like gastroesophageal reflux. It can happen more when people are lying down. Sometimes depending on foods eaten. Acid from the stomach moves up into the esophagus causing this feeling. Some people are nauseous with reflux.
