Rarely and no: In nephrotic syndrome there is a large amount of protein in the urine because of abnormally porous filters in the kidneys and is a chronic progressive problem with many different causes. Post strep glomerulonephritis is an acute inflammatory autoimmune disease following a strep infection where even blood cells get thru but usually resolves. Neither affects reproductive organs or their "immunity".
