during post strep glomerulonephritis, can it weaken the defence system as well as affect tissue repair ability of the reproductive organs and tissues?

No: The effect is on the kidney and would not have affected other organs. Although once common, this is really a rare complication from a strep infection over the past several decades at least in the US.
