Turbinates: No permanent treatment. First see ENT for exam and diagnosis. Can be treated with corticosteroid sprays and antihistamines if allergic in nature. Surgery can be performed with coblator, sub mucous resection, bipolar cautery, debridement with powered instrument, excision, etc.
