Try nasal steroid : There is some good evidence that nasal steroid sprays intended for allergic rhinitis can be quite effective in reducing swelling if used consistently for 4-6 weeks. There are several brands now available OTC. Decongestant nasal spray is not recommended, as there tends to be rebound swelling after using only a few days. If you have nasal itching and sneezing, oral antihistamine may help
