Enlarged Turbinates: Hello, hypertrophic turbinates will cause a nasal airway compromise which could lead to an increased resistance of your nasal airflow. This in turn could cause a sleep disorder and thus the headache. Migranes are often associated with nausea. Other than this link, it is unlikely that the hypertrophic turbs are directly leading to headaches and nausea.
