Hi im covid positive and have low blood pressure . its day 10 for me but i can only take shallow breathes and can even inhale my asthma pump. i have this device which reads oxygen level in blood and its low (91-93), sometimes 89. im weak, advice?

TAKE CARE: Tough situation but the oxygen levels in the 90's is not bad. Make sure that you hydrate and eat healthy. Get up slowly so that your blood pressure does not drop. If the breathing gets really bad you may have to go to the hospital.

Asthma plan/steroids: Your asthma may be worsened by the presence of a viral infection. Take a short course of Prednisone and inhaled steroid course for a few weeks to reduce probable inflammation in the lungs. A follow up chest image and visit to the physician/clinic or ED is indicated depending on the severity of your breathing problems. Continue to monitor closely and stay in virtual contact with your physician.
