Be seen: It would probably be good to begin with a good medical check up by a primary care doctor. With her history as given, mono would be a fairly likely concern; which is a viral illness associated with lymphadenopathy, fatigue, and serms fairly common in that age group. Many other possibilities as well. Don't worry, but I would have her checked.
