Hi there :) i've been on cilift for a number of years now and while i've been taking it religiously it feels like it hasn't been working as well as it used to. should i be using something else? i used cilate for a bit but it didn't seem to work.

Try different agent: When SSRI fail, Options are add NE antidepressant like Bupropion or try SNRI or consult a Psychiatrist for different treatment options!
