Can be arthritis but: This can be arthritis but there can be other cause like allergy, infection, etc. You need an evaluation. See your physician and a rheumatologist

Hand is swollen, painful, sometimes much colder than the rest of body. I also have pains shooting from little finger almost to elbow. Wrist hurts too.
