Multiple things: Ask your doctor if you may have raynaud's phenomenon, which turns fingers and toes blue. Also your doctor can check for arthritis and carpal tunnel syndrome, or other causes. A rheumatologist would be helpful; rheumatologists diagnose and treat autoimmune diseases, arthritis and musculoskeletal conditions like what you are describing.

Raynauds: Raynauds is a syndrome where the little blood vessels to the fingers and toes constrict. This usually happens in the cold, but can sometimes be triggered by stress. The fingers and toes first get pale, then blue and numb, then when they warm up, pink and painful. You can avoid it by keeping your hands warm, but sometimes medications are needed.
