Confirm pregnancy: Pregnancy confirmation with ultrasound normally should show fetal sac or fetal pole which are the true fetal measure. Secondly, you will be encouraged to obtain a quantitative hcg as well and if the result is negative, you are most likely not pregnant. Good luck.
