No Effect: Sucking on the bottom lip will not have an effect on the potential development of exostosis.

First tooth: Common for kids to do that and will have no adverse effects to be concerned about.

No effect: This is probably shot term response to stimulus that should disappear once son's tooth erupts. Important that your child have his 1st dental examination within 6 months of eruption of his 1st tooth, but no later than his 1st birthday. Advise that he see a Pedodontist, a Pediatric dental specialist, for all the same reasons he sees a Pediatric medical specialist.
