What does periventricular white matter changes mean on mri,have bells palsy since 2/14 due to lymes. also have mixed connective disease with lupus,htn,epilepsy,diabetes,copd,pulmonary fibrosis,sleep apnea,avavascular necrosis both hips ,i'm 52 ?

Nothing: Most of the time. chronic periventricular white matter changes occur in all of us. Some have it more severe than others (e.g. genetics, smoking, high cholesterol, etc). Fortunately, has nothing to do with Bells Palsy.
